What's allowed on Spillch, what isn't, and how we enforce it.

Where it applies
Spillch is for adults chatting with AI characters. This policy covers everything on Spillch: your messages, the characters you create (their names, descriptions, personalities and pictures) and anything you publish. It's part of our terms of service.
Allowed
Friendship, banter, drama, role-play and everyday conversation.
Romance and flirting between adults, including kissing. Intimate scenes fade to black rather than being described.
Not allowed
Sexually explicit content, including descriptions of sexual acts, genitals or nudity.
Any sexual or romantic content involving minors, or characters who are or appear to be under 18. This is never allowed, in any context.
Non-consensual sexual content, including pressure, coercion, or anyone asleep, drugged or too drunk to agree.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, and content that promotes violence or self-harm.
Illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, and content that uses a real person's identity without their consent.
Attempts to get around our safety checks, or to extract the hidden instructions or personalities behind characters.
How we enforce it
Messages, replies, characters and pictures are checked automatically, and by our moderators where needed. Characters steer away from requests that break this policy, and a reply that breaks it is replaced before you see it.
Repeated requests for explicit content have consequences: after 3 flagged requests in 24 hours, you'll see a reminder of this policy, and after 10 in 7 days, your account is suspended pending review.
Sexual content involving minors is refused and sent for immediate review. It can lead to the account being closed and reported to the authorities.
Characters are reviewed before they're published, and we may hide or remove any character or content that breaks this policy.
If you're struggling
If a conversation turns to self-harm or suicide, Spillch replies with support resources instead of the character. You can reach Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416 (free, 24/7), or call 112 in an emergency.
Reporting
Use the report button on any character or chat to tell us about content that breaks this policy. We review reports within 24 hours. For complaints or takedown requests under India's IT Rules, contact our grievance officer.
