Everything we sell is digital and is delivered to your account.

Nothing physical is shipped
Spillch sells only digital products: Plus (monthly or annual), the Weekly Pass and SpillCoins. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no delivery charges.
Delivered instantly to your account
As soon as your payment is confirmed, Plus or your pass switches on, or your SpillCoins are added to your balance, on the account you were signed in to when you paid. This usually takes a few seconds.
You can check your plan in Account → Plan and your SpillCoins in Account → SpillCoins.
If it doesn't arrive
If what you paid for hasn't appeared within an hour, email the email on our Contact page with the email address on your account and the payment reference on your receipt, and we'll sort it out. If we can't deliver it, you'll get a refund under our cancellation and refund policy.
